2024 May Primary - Unofficial Results

At long last, the May 2024 Primary Election is done. HERE are the unofficial results. Official results will not be available until June 5th. 

Overall, it was another fascinating election. Turnout was roughly 70,000 voters out of the over 1 million registered voters in Idaho. Some legislative seats were decided by very few votes with the closest race being decided by only 10 votes! 

In total, 15 Republican incumbents were not re-elected during this primary, including a full sweep of District 8 legislators. Many Twin Falls County incumbents lost, and longtime Senator and Senate President Pro Tempore Chuck Winder was defeated.
