Preceptor Training Program now available on-line through NLI

NLI is offering a 2-hour on-line Preceptor Training Program.  This is a FREE program to NLI individual and organizational members.  There is a $100.00 fee for non-members.  To obtain the membership coupon code, contact bknapp@nurseleaders.org.

The program is intended to support staff nurses who intermittently serve as clinical preceptors of students, new graduates, and newly hired experienced nurses who only need a facility orientation.  It was developed by experienced nurse educators and staff nurses who are members of the NLI Education Committee.
