She leads the organizations patient experience initiative and is passionate about experience for patients, employees and providers.

Prior to joining West Valley, Hendershott served at Rose Medical Center in Denver, also owned and operated by West Valley’s parent company, HCA Healthcare. Hendershott is a registered nurse with over 28 years of healthcare experience.  She is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Leaders and the Nurse Leaders of Idaho. NLI President, Kevin McEwan, DNP, RN, Chief Nursing Officer at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, welcomed Tracee to the Board and said that "Nursing in a state like Idaho is lucky to be so well connected that when there is a resignation on the board, there are many qualified people who are willing to step-up and take on the tasks.  Tracee has been engaged with NLI over the years and we look forward to her knowledge and contributions to the board in the future."

Welcome to the board.
