- Congratulations on 71% BSN progress toward 80%; other pros - tuition reimbursement, 6 ID Nurse Residency 2018 grads; thoughtful planning to address shortages and issues.
- Develop strategies to prepare for, & sustain, CNO roles; energize Native American culturally acceptable goals to become LPN/RNs; non-salary benefits in rural employment + partnerships given in report; industry give financial help to support faculty in schools + creative clinical placements to benefit industry and offset climbing shortage issues; PT use of retiring nurses to help offset shortage issue, rotate nurses (amenable to this challenge) from urban to rural @ salary & perks competitive with travel nurse costs
