LEAP Virtual "LIVE ONLY" Conference "2020 Year of the Nurse-Surviving Change"

The 2020 Leaders in Education and Practice (LEAP) conference will be held virtually using ZOOM WEBINAR as the platform due to the restrictions resulting from the Coronavirus Pandemic. This registration is for those who will be attending the conference live November 9 & 10.  There is a separate registration for those who want to view the pre-recorded conference at a later date.  The deadline to register for the Live Event is Wednesday November 4 at 5:00PM.

This year there is an opportunity to obtain 20.5 CNE from this event. Nurses can attend the Webinar in November OR they can access the on-line content for CNE credit following the November 9 & 10 conference.  All nurses who register for the conference will receive a log-in coupon code that will allow then to view the sessions as soon as we get the Learning Management System access established.  CNE is approved for the coming 2 years.  This will meet one of the 5 activities that 2 of 5 are required by the Idaho Board of Nursing for RN license renewal in 2021 at an inexpensive rate.

For RNs, the license renewal of 2021 will require nurses to attest to having completed 2 of 5 continued competency requirements.  One of the possibilities is to have completed 15 hours of CNE.  In the United States, the average cost of 1 CNE is $17.50.  The LEAP program offers 20.5 CNE for much less cost.

IMPORTANT:  Registration will ask what email address will be used to access the Webinar.  This information will enable us to plan in advance to transfer your access to the selected breakout session chosen.  Everyone who registers will receive the zoom access link the week before the conference.
